#LOVEHowYouLive – Challenge 7

From the moment you get up until the moment you head to bed, I want you to keep the water focus rolling ALL DAY! Have a water bottle (glass is preferred) that you refill throughout the day to keep track of how much or (how little) you are drinking. In my book, I write:

“Water is the major component of every kind of tissue we have, from blood to bone and everything in between. The list of jobs water does puts all those other organs to shame. And the roster of diseases and disorders that can be caused by problems with our water supply is just as impressive…maybe your body is sick because it is a desert inside.”

That is a heavy thought. But here is the AMAZING part – it is so easy to control how much water you drink! Read on:

Sometimes the simplest things can heal the gnarliest problems. Like drinking water.

You just have to do it – and that is what this challenge is all about.

CHALLENGE 7: Aim to drink ½ your body weight in ounces daily. For example, if you weigh 120 pounds, you need to drink 60 oz of water!
