Please read these policies carefully as they will give you important information about your rights and obligations as our customer concerning any purchase you make through us — unless specifically stated otherwise on the sales page. Any costs associated with shipping, handling, and/or processing are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Membership Products or Services
If you are a member of a SuperLife monthly membership product or service, you may cancel your membership at any time contacting us via e-mail support@SuperLife.com or by telephone 888-432-0721. As a member, you are responsible for ensuring a cancellation request is received and processed. A confirmation e-mail will accompany any processed cancellation and will be sent via e-mail within two business days of the request.
Cancelled members may request to receive a refund, less any shipping and handling fees, of charges made within 30 days of the requested cancellation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Standard Products and Services
One-time purchases of digital products are subject to a 30-day review period unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This 30-day period begins on the date the product is ordered and ends 30 days after that date.
Product Returns: Physical Products
One-time purchase physical products are subject to a 30-day review period unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This 30-day period begins on the date the product is ordered.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If, for any reason during the 30-day review period, you do not wish to keep the product, you are required to request a return. Any return of a physical product MUST be accompanied by a completed return authorization form located at http://www.SuperLife.com/RMA and must be received within the 30-day review period. All products received after the 30-day period are non-refundable.
If the product is returned in new and unopened condition, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees. However, a refund can be refused if any of the following conditions are met:
1. The product return is not authorized.
2. The product is broken and/or unusable.
3. The product is returned incomplete.
4. The product is returned beyond the required return date.
ALL shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the product has been processed for shipment. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is solely your responsibility. SuperLife does not accept COD.
